My experience revolves around the implementation of enterprise metadata and collaborative solutions. Over the past 25 years, I have worked in Information Technology field. This experience has provided me with the opportunity to develop a wide variety of experiences. In addition, my research work for the Ph.D. has opened up new dimensions of knowledge. I'm an experienced and highly rated speaker, covering a wide variety of metadata and collaboration related topics that range from introductory tutorials to in-depth discussions of the business strategy and architecture implications.

This book will discuss several dimensions of building a personal Trademark. Unlike other books on this subject, this book will focus on the “How” an individual can move from local labor to global talent in the new world defined as Enterprise 2.0.
