EIM Conference

Wanted to mention the Enterprise Information Management Conference held in Toronto, Canada. Wilshire Conferences and DAMA International are proud to announce their first Enterprise Information Management Conference to be held in Toronto, Canada. The program will focus on EIM as an emerging discipline for tying together all of the enterprise’s information assets and applications. I will be providing the Keynote Address as well as a Workshop on Web 2.0 and the implications to the Information Professional.

Enterprises are taking advantage of the explosion of Web 2.0 tools in order to create next-generation organizations and structures, increasingly referred to as Enterprise 2.0. The impact to Enterprise Information Management cannot be understated. In the coming years, the entire value chain of information will be reinvented by these new tools.

- The major components of Web 2.0 technology
- Real world examples of collaboration and social applications
- How information management professionals can use this technology
- What you need to do to prepare for a career in Information Management 2.0

Hope to see you there...
