Chapter 3 will review the impact of Web 2.0 to our business, organizational, and personal lives. We will take an in-depth review of the technologies and social requirements in order to deliver value to the enterprise.

The chapter on portfolio management will describe how an individual should manage their portfolio of achievement. All of us have accomplishments such as degrees or certifications. The author will walk the reader through a management and growth process to ensure long term designation as a world class expert.

Chapter 10: The Trademark Promise
The trademark promise will review the benefits of building ones physical essence of value. Benefits such as agility, versatility, and differentiation will be described in detail along with some shared experiences by the author. The purpose of this chapter is to show the reader what can be attained beyond the normal physical components of success. The chapter will end with a collection of things the reader can do in order to engage 2.0 technologies.
