Weblog Analysis Criteria

When I was putting together the Top 25 Enterprise 2.0 Weblogs, I ran across an interesting entry from Jim Kukral. He took the top Marketing blogs and created a cross matrix with 12 components including:

Does the weblog have an RSS to Email subscription?
Does the author blog under his own name.com?
Are there ads on the weblog?
Which platform do they use (Typepad, Moveable Type, etc.)?
Are they promoting Twitter?
Are they promoting Linked In?
Do they list a phone number?
Have they authored a book?
Do they have Seth Godin in the BlogRoll?
Do they show their Feedburner count?
Do they have a photo on the site?
What is the weblog worth?

For Collaborage, I would only have three of those items checked. What list could we put together for internal corporate blogs?

Does the blog have an internal RSS feed?
Does the author blog via topics, groups, or on an individual basis?
Does the author customize the blog with related areas of the organization?
Does the author use Sharepoint, Open Source, or a purchased tool?
Are they promoting other collaborative tools?
Do they link to their professional profile, presence engine or phone application?
Do they list their contact information?
Are they considered a subject matter expert and showcasing that knowledge?
Have they integrated the weblog into their Intranet application with RSS or embedded?
Do they blog daily or weekly?
What are the weblogs metrics and how do they compare with the top ones?
